Definitely one of the best coffee shops in the United States among all I’ve ever been to! Beautiful setup, reasonable prices, experienced baristas and quality coffee beans. This hidden gem serves better coffee than most fancy sophisticated places in big cities! I was pleased to see that baristas here don’t rush the preparation process, even when there’s a line. Trust me, a little wait is well worth the outcome!
I stopped by Rockford Roasting while driving through Rockford, IL and was NOT disappointed! The interior had plenty of seating and even though it was busy when I got there, the service was excellent and didn't take too long. I tried an iced Orange Chocolate Chai Latte on recommendation from the barista, as well as one of the cookies. Both were delicious! I would definitely stop here again if I ever find myself back in Rockford!
We went here for the first time and it was great! Friendly staff, nice ambiance, and super smooth and tasty espresso. We tried two seasonal drinks: the fall oats and the blood moon- both were delicious! We will definitely be back next time we are in Rockford.

Update: Came back for second visit and once again the coffee did not disappoint. This time I tasted a crisp;tasty espresso with fruity notes. Overall still good. My husband and I came to Rockford to pick up a shipment. We found RRC on Google. We love loca coffee shops and I’m an espresso snob; drinking espresso for over 20 years. The shop overall is nice and impressive. The roast is a nice and light nutty flavor yet subtle. I ordered the latte which was delicious but would have enjoyed a flat white a little more for a richer taste. I also ordered their croissants which were super delicious. All of their pastries are plant-based which I would give them 10 stars if I could for that reason alone. I hope to visit Rockford again just because of this place.
Cute local coffee shop, very chill and fun vibes. Feels like a place you can come and spend time in by yourself or with someone. Coffee is delicious, they have fun specialty drinks and fresh treats.
