Symbol is our ongoing effort to make a house espresso inspired by the long held traditions of Italian style espresso. This blend uses only high quality, fresh-roasted, in-season coffees. Vista Al Chirripo
'Geisha' is a rare and delicious cultivar of coffee believed to have originated in Ethiopia, but more recently has been grown in Latin America with great success. Our friends at Rivense in Costa Rica planted the trees that grew these beans over 6 years ago at 1800 meters above sea level. We think you'll be pleased with the results!

Solstice is brewed daily as our house coffee. It is always a rotating single origin from an origin of our choosing, we choose seasonly fresh lots that showcase a unique "bright" flavor profile. It is roasted just a little darker than many of our coffees in order to be very approachable great black or with a splash of cream

We believe coffee when it's decaffeinated well, can be just as interesting, complex and flavorful just like the rest of us. Starlite, our house decaf helps us make that case day in and day out. For people both sensitive to caffeine and coffee drinkers looking to extend the hours of day they can drink coffee, Starlite is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
